Reporting content
Use Report incorrect food information on a dish for ingredient, allergen or menu concerns. Keep your receipt reference. If you are signed out or cannot confirm receipt, email support. Email opens in your own app and is only sent when you send it. Please leave out medical histories and other people’s personal details.
For a misleading review or abusive content — use the Report option on any post, comment, or photo in the app. Allergen-safety reports are prioritised. You can also block any account from their profile.
Your account and data
- Delete your account any time from Settings in the app, or from your account page on the web. This permanently removes your profile, posts, and dietary data.
- Download a copy of your data from your account page.
- Privacy questions or requests — email us, or see the Privacy Policy for the details of what we collect and your choices.
A note on dietary information
Edible shows community reports and AI estimates about dishes. It is never a guarantee and it is not medical advice — menus, recipes and kitchens change. Always confirm your dietary needs directly with restaurant staff.
