“No gluten-free pasta option at all and the kitchen confirmed they can't guarantee no cross-contamination. I had to watch everyone else eat while I had a simple salad. Not a restaurant for coeliacs. Beautiful pasta if you can eat gluten though.”
“This is a coeliac's paradise. Rice paper and rice noodles throughout, entirely wheat-free kitchen. The pho is rich and complex, and the vermicelli bowls are fresh and satisfying. My favourite restaurant in Melbourne.”
“Mexican is perfect for coeliacs because the traditional corn tortilla is naturally GF. Every taco here uses corn tortillas and the kitchen knows their allergens well. Best Mexican I've had in Melbourne.”
“Surprisingly coeliac-friendly for a Thai restaurant. Pad Thai with rice noodles is naturally GF and the staff clearly knew their allergens. Just double-check any sauces — most are GF but a couple aren't.”
“As a coeliac this place is a dream. Entirely gluten-free kitchen — no cross-contamination worries at all. Every dish I tried was clearly labelled and delicious. Will be coming back weekly.”
“As a coeliac this place is a dream. Everything on the menu is safe. Staff super knowledgeable — they knew exactly what cross-contamination meant.”
“100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen — no cross-contamination risk whatsoever. The pasta was genuinely the best GF pasta I've ever had. They also cater for other allergies. Will definitely be my new go-to.”
“Lovely place but double-check the sauces — some contain soy.”
“100% vegan, completely nut-free kitchen. The jackfruit burger was amazing. Staff printed out a full allergen list without being asked.”
“Best gluten-free experience I've had in a pub! They have a dedicated GF menu. The Classic Burger with GF bun was incredible.”
“Staff were very knowledgeable about gluten. They confirmed the kitchen uses separate fryers for gluten-free items. Would definitely go back.”
